The objective of ISC is to build the platform for quality placements through building young professionals and managers! We actively connect with the communication industry and encourage companies to recruit our trainees. Projects and other activities at ISC greatly enhance the chances of placements. ISC's Placement Cell is a clearinghouse of databases, and prepares and distributes brochures in the industry, and accepts and actively matches requests from the industry for candidature. The Director heads the Placement Cell, and interfaces closely with the industry on an ongoing basis. The Placement Cell applies on behalf of the trainees for internships and jobs, and helps to train the trainees in employment communication. Workshops by reputed professional trainers groom trainees to approach their career hunt in a serious, proactive and professional manners - and successfully. We have a formal tie-up for placements of students with Gryphon Consultancy that prepares the students according to the company needs and provides placement support to all the students .However, a word of caution, placement assistance is provided to only eligible students. We encourage trainees to enter quality, relevant careers and our advisors at best counsel trainees on the best careers suited for them. Trainees are groomed and encouraged to also use their own skills to network with industry professionals. ISC creates plenty of opportunities for trainees to engage in such networking, and in our experience, trainees who networked well on the ISC platform find the best acceptance in the industry.

Industry “readiness” programs are conducted to prepare candidates for ‘dream offers’.The consultancy grooms and prepares the students according to the company requirements.Placement support is provided from the second year itself ,till the third year during which the agency ensures maximum possible opportunities to students to get placed.Minimum range of opportunities per student would be between 5-10
